Delete Your Ice Cream Social Account

Ice Cream Social is operated by Optimistic Media. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

1. Open Ice Cream Social and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete Account (where available in your app version).
3. Confirm to permanently delete your account and data.

Option 2 — Request by email

You can also email support@geticecreamsocial.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your personal and activity data, including your profile (email, username, avatar), in-app activity and history, connections, and any content you created. This cannot be undone. We retain no personal data after deletion except where retention is required by law or for fraud and security purposes.
